DIY Cork Embellishments

cork2

I can’t stop making cork embellishments. These little guys are perfect. For everything. They are perfect in planners:

They are perfect in scrapbook layouts:

They are just perfect. And they are so easy to make.

About a week ago, I picked up some 4″ x 4″ cork pages from Tuesday Morning. And ironically enough, I picked up three packages of these little Studio Calico icon stamps. Little did I know what a match made in heaven these guys were. The cork was 99 cents.

So I basically stamp these onto the cork and cut out with a 1″ circle punch. Yep, that’s it. Here it is in pictures:

You can use any stamp you want. It can be big or small.

Or, you can just use your punches to make the embellishments. I’ve used my tag punch, plus a little butterfly one and a few more.

These are awesome.
